Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Because our caterpillars, chrysalides, and butterflies are living organisms, shipping schedules may be adjusted based on weather conditions and availability to ensure the healthiest possible arrival.

Shipping Days

To reduce transit times and protect live insects, most orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following shipping day.

Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable carriers selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Live Insect Shipping

All live insects are carefully packaged to minimize stress during transit. While we take every precaution to ensure safe arrival, shipping conditions are outside of our control once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Weather Conditions

Wild Wings Nursery reserves the right to delay shipments during periods of extreme heat, cold, severe weather, or other conditions that may jeopardize the health of live insects.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Wild Wings Nursery is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect address information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please monitor your tracking information and bring packages indoors promptly upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain species may be unavailable for shipment to specific locations due to federal, state, or local regulations. Wild Wings Nursery reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally be shipped.
