At Wild Wings Nursery, we take pride in providing healthy, captive-raised caterpillars, chrysalides, and butterflies. Because our products are living organisms, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Live Arrival Guarantee

If your order arrives deceased or severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the contents and packaging.

After review, we may offer:

• A replacement shipment (when available)
• Store credit
• A refund at our discretion
